A little Extra
- Want to close a refinance loan at the beginning of the month to skip 2 payments ? No problem, Callahan Mortgage does have month end deadlines to worry about so we will never try to "steer" the timing of your loan to our advantage as some Lenders do.
- How about an Appraisal Waiver ? Sometimes, we can get appraisal waivers on refinances and even purchases. Now it might take a little extra work on the front end for us, but it is worth the effort !
- Do you have a derogative entry or two on your credit report that is hurting your Fico score ? In certain cases, our Rapid Rescore program might be able to bump your score to the next level for a better rate. We will always explore this possibility !
